3. Review and Approval of Minutes

Minutes from St. Albans Township/Alexandria Merger Commission Meeting 5/28/25.

Burton made a motion; seconded by Baer, to approve the 5/28/25 minutes. All in favor?

St. Albans Township voters approved the measure to create the merger commission with about 60% voting Yes. Village of Alexandria voters showed even stronger support, with approximately 79% voting Yes. -Reporting Project

Risks – 

• If this fails, another resident-initiative cannot be put forward for 5 years. Growth won’t wait.
• Risk of annexation by Johnstown or New Albany; neighboring townships are being annexed which puts us and our land at risk
